Viatication management system

Abstract

In the present work the analysis, design and implementation are performed the functionalities that will allow to
automate the viatical management process in the University of the Computer Science, which at the moment is
produced by manual insertion of data in Excel documents, Consequence to the occurrence of human errors in the
form of filling the approved official models, added to this is the fact that it is not possible to follow up the process of
liquidation of viatical and there are no mechanisms to generate reports on economic behavior Of the item inherent to
the route. As a result, a Management System is obtained, which supports the workflow of the viatical process and
contributes with: Control of transportation expenses, control of food expenses, generation of reports on budget
execution. The accounting control of the per diem budget, in this document is the results of the research carried out.
